Cons
to some extent, bureaucrat and less professional
Pros
As one of the largest commercial banks in China, ABC provides a stable and confortbal working invironment, a good work-life balance and a decent job title.
Cons
As a state-owned company, ABC has a unsatidfied ability of competence and poor management. COmpensation of ABC is lower than its similar competitors.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide a more equility and open working environment. Few hierachi and bureaucracy.
Pros
Actually there is a big improvement in the company now because the reform and to be IPO, although we have no idea when. Therefore, there are more opportunities now.
Cons
The company governance and regulatory regime is not very flexible. It takes more time for a young graduate to be promoted and take more responsibility.
Advice to Senior Management
It is very complex to say some advices. I think the most important thing is to reform the internal management. There are always conflicts between departments and each department only think of themselves when a decision was made.
