Job vey interesting.
Possibility to interact with all the departments of the company.
High visibility.
High chance to travel worlwide.
Cons
Difficult long term view.
Poor planning of the overall activity.
Short notice warning.
Off the shelf request too often.
Not much control in the follow-on activities. (Only the Start-up)
Advice to Senior Management
Give more power to this department.
Create a leadership in industrialization.
Change the balance from design to production.
