Pros – There is lots of diversity in technologies to deliver along with the clients that I worked with. The sales team is incredibly technical and smart. The management team is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and improve the talent pool for its employees. Lastly, fast paced and rarely boring.
Cons – There are not any cons that are significant. There is a risk that they are very dependent on the relationship with EMC but the relationship with EMC is very strong and they were awarded partner of the year.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work.

Cons – The lack of communication and clarity between team members can be frustrating.

Pros – The Engineering staff, both pre sales and post sales are some of the best in the industry.
Cons – Ahead is an overly sales driven organization. This has the propensity to create (and has created) conflict where conflict need not be.
Advice to Senior Management – Trust in your employees. You hired them, for the most part know what they are doing. They are where the rubber meets the road and their feedback should be valued.

Pros – Great compensation for sales and engineers, both pre and post.
Great vendor relationship with commercial EMC helping drive revenue goals.
Talented technical resources.
Cons – Poor vision limits ability for company to continue growth, i.e. invested a lot of money in consulting arm that in 2 years has failed to produce measurable results.
Struggles to scale within accounts due to poor vendor relationships outside of commercial EMC.

Pros – Great clients and latest technologies
Cons – All technology decisions made by engineering and sales consultants. No input from architecture.
Advice to Senior Management – prioritizing sales over best client solutions will not win any awards with customers or their trust.
