    Pros

The organisation is performance driven without any kind of internal politics and allows creativity and new ideas to generate new business and control costs.

    Cons

Extremely demanding with constant pressure to deliver. The employee must do an out of box thinking and be creative to generate ideas which can enhance the company's value.

    Advice to Management

To enhance direct communication with the employees about their vision. The ground level employees at times do not have a proper understanding of the management vision.

    Pros

The company has one of the best compensation packages in the industry,

    Cons

Corporate Banking Group needs to be revamped. Loans are recommended at the whims and fancies of the Team head. Security measures are inadequate. Relationship Managers are actually performing the role of Credit analysts and Team heads are the Relationship Managers.

    Advice to Management

Don't fool employees by calling them Relationship Managers when their job description says otherwise...

    Pros

If you are happy to work for the next 20 years in the same place, then this is the right place for you.

    Cons

Promotion is non existent. Employees are encouraged to take more responsibilities but wages remain very low. Bonuses average £3,000 if there is any.

    Advice to Management

Look after your younger talents as you will just lose them to your competitors as it has happened for the past decade..
