Pros
If you are happy to work for the next 20 years in the same place, then this is the right place for you.
Cons
Promotion is non existent. Employees are encouraged to take more responsibilities but wages remain very low. Bonuses average £3,000 if there is any.
Advice to Senior Management
Look after your younger talents as you will just lose them to your competitors as it has happened for the past decade..
