Pros
its founder had a good motivation. company does care about the workers. and tries to make us happy. they give insurance, a credit card with about 600 us dollars available, to spend whereever i want to.
well i dunno whatelse to talk about.
Cons
pay. compared to other korean companies, it's fine. but compared to other av companies world wide, it's too poor.
freshmen's salary is about $25,000 a year.
Advice to Senior Management
i know it's a hard time for all of you(incl'me) well, but the pay just isn't enough
