Pros

Company is small so access to the senior management is easy with the President having an open door policy. There is no definite management structure so it is easy to speak to any executive in the company.

Cons

There is a group of managers who came up with the President and they preside over their positions like junkyard dogs. The President has too much faith in their abilities and values their time with the company over their skills. The company severely neglects their customers and their facilities and always attempt to put bandaids on big problems. There is no room for advancements and only those who constantly tell upper management that the company is doing great are rewarded but rewards are very minimal.

Advice to Senior Management

Start looking at best practices within your industry and not only from Nationalease. There is something to be learned from your competitors and do not be afraid to invest a little in yourselves. Always nickel and diming for the hope of saving money for the future will continue to take th company down the path of irrelevancy.
