“It was too bad, no one have to apply there.”
Former Employee – worked at Ain Shams University as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – You've only 3 other developers within the room.
Your tasks can delay without encountering any problems <<I think it's a miss>>
Cons – Very low salary.
No innovative tasks.
No brainstorming sessions.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to improve this section as a whole.

“Lack of Competition”
Current Employee – been working at Ain Shams University full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Contributes in building up youth minds and knowledge
Cons – 1- no punishment
2- No real annual appraisal based on different sides and from different persons not only 1
3- People who work are given more tasks
4- Salary is given according to the degree not amount of achievements or work
Advice to Senior Management – there should be a real system of management
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
