    as Ain Shams university is one of the oldest and famous university in Egypt

    some of the downsides working in ain shams university is the routine work in addition to not satisfied salary

    I advise upper management to develop areas and dental treatments

    Pros

    You've only 3 other developers within the room.
    Your tasks can delay without encountering any problems <<I think it's a miss>>

    Very low salary.
    No innovative tasks.
    No brainstorming sessions.

    Contributes in building up youth minds and knowledge

    Cons

    1- no punishment
    2- No real annual appraisal based on different sides and from different persons not only 1
    3- People who work are given more tasks
    4- Salary is given according to the degree not amount of achievements or work
