    Lack of Competition

    ProsContributes in building up youth minds and knowledge

    Cons1- no punishment
    2- No real annual appraisal based on different sides and from different persons not only 1
    3- People who work are given more tasks
    4- Salary is given according to the degree not amount of achievements or work
