“Don't Do It!”
Former Employee – worked at Air Assurance
Pros – For the most part, a good group of fun Coworkers.. Leader in the HVAC industry. Close to home. Kitchen. New Facilities.
Cons – Owners want employees to devote life to the company, but they are not rewarded for it. Fickle management. No loyalty to employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to what employees say, don't just pretend to. Stop being so fickle, make a plan and stick to it.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
