Pros
Travel privileges, good pension plan, good company to work for and good promotions if you want to grow. Salary is competitive.

Management should be more open to help employee consolidate work life and home life. More time off or management to be more accommodating towards employee.

the company has really a good culture, encouraging team spirit and quality work. good management team as well. also the industry is picking up upon the recovery of the economy.

compensation is not satisfactory, especially salary part is not good. in addition, promotion is kind of slow compared to other companies.

really needs to improve the competitiveness of the compensation package. however, the company culture and working environment is good. and also good work life balance.

The pay is way to low.
It takes two years to get a raise at part time even though they work you 32 hours a week.
Scheduling is terrible, you have to have another job to makes ends meat but its to hard to work around such horrible hours, and if you need a shift off you got to pay through the nose to get it.
Advice to Senior Management
Bring up the starting wage so people will be able to stay and work for you instead of just keeping the revolving door going. All you get for 10 bucks an hour are kids who don't give a rats you know what.

This company has many advantages for it's traveling benifits. It also has a good collective health and dental insurance for the employees.

Its is a company that is often in financial difficulties and needs to reduce staff to cut cost. It often creates a situation of short staff in different areas.

The company needs more transperancy between the different branchs. This would allow to cross utilise its resources more efficiently and save jobs for dedicated employees.

Listen to employees and respect their efforts! Give leaves when employees have situations requiring one. Evaluate and deliver consistent feedback to employees who require some direction
