    Pros

    In our working environment, we have a lot of competition to work harder because we know that we are going to get rewarded at the end of the month. I'm excited to know if i got the employee of the month! i'm excited to go and see my family for 10 days :DD

    Great coworkers and mangement. Three schedules of the work time you can choose.

    As with any customer service at call center, you have to deal with angry customer.

    you don't have to stay in the office to enjoy the somke "released" from the manager if there is no flights coming in.
    jobs are easy, most of time to supervisor others and send some messages

    Cons

    no benefits
    won't keep their promised benefits, salary increase, holidays etc.
    need to pick up the manager's dry clean and other his personal stuff.

    Easy life, can do nothing right, if you can make your boss happy, whatever which way you used.
    Very stable.

    Cons

    No career path if no relationships with government or air force.
    Hypocritical relationships.
    No inspect, can do things without underline with impunity.
