Pros

Good terms and conditions, friendly 'family' attitude, varied locations in Europe or worldwide, always something different happening, management are friendly and approachable, maybe a little laid back, but never out of touch, they always concentrate on the main concerns. Even the CEO is available to contact if needed. Management support is always at the end of a phone.

Cons

Shortage of some staff, difficult to take holidays, sometimes its a bit of a surprise to find out something needs to be done, when Planning drops a job on you at the last minute! The lack of manpower in some areas means individuals can be extremely disadvantaged

Advice to Senior Management

Things can be slow to happen in the company, I would say this needs to speed up.
