Details
Pros
Build great friendships with coworkers, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Employees are on call all the time, unless you have requested and have been approved time off. Hard to plan even a weekend activity.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior Management has changed for the better and do a great job of listening to the employees concerns.
