    Pros

The job had good tips coming in, I got to meet lots of new people. You see different people everyday and get to know more about people and places.

    Cons

Sometimes you get really big people and it's hard pushing on the wheelchair and stuff.
You will have to walk miles every day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand that it is not easy to walk around as much. When it is time to leave, it is time to leave.

    Pros

Easy to get hired if you need a job, you may get tips sometimes. You meet many new people.

    Cons

Bad management, they dont treat you very well. Employees come and go very often. Training is pretty much non existant, you have to learn how to do stuff. You do way more than your job description. People you meet can be rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dont treat workers like machines

    Pros

Will hire anyone with a clean background, no experience required

    Cons

Unprofessional environment, low wages, underpaid, sexual harassment is taken lightly, manager sleep with employees in promise of a rise or promotion, a lot of racist people there, a lot of favoritism. This company is definitely not a place you van advance too far or want to advance at. Airserv Corporation in EAST POINT, GA is a Modern day PLANTATION with a lot of uneducated individuals with no self worth. Save yourself the trouble

    Pros

Company is title rich and is used for resume building before moving to better jobs

    Cons

Employees are not given the support they need to succeed. Leadership and direction are not provided. Culture and environment are toxic. Work life balance is not encouraged, but rather discouraged.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your people instead of always devaluing them

    Pros

Good when the people are tipping good. Meet people from different walks of life. Able to pick up on a new language

    Cons

The job is boring as a whole. Minimum wage they pay and expect the workers to do many different duties. I tell any body who thinking about doing this type of work. Put your tips and checks up don't try to make a career out of it.

    Pros

Easy Job overall...once trained you will be good. A little stressful but it will prepare you for better jobs. You are able to learn to do a lot at once.

    Cons

Management is poor. Not everything is put together. People are petty and have their favorites. So just stay to yourself and just do your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being petty

Current Employee - Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX

    Pros

I see each and every job I join as an opportunity to learn. At AirServ I learned the importance of time management. My responsibilities include many duties to be completed during my time at work. Between stockroom duties and inventory duties at the job, I remained busy and keeping busy always makes time fly by so I'm never bored on the job.

    Cons

As someone who works during the "graveyard shift" I have no supervisor around. While some people might consider working without the scrutiny of a supervisor a good thing, I sometimes need to contact someone for clarification on some duty or procedure. I am at times required to make decisions on my own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a reliable alternate source to refer to for information pertaining to the job responsibilities
