    A solid company serving many destinations and markets internationally.

    Cons

    The company culture is changing as working conditions are being cut back considerably. New employment is precarious

    Travel the world! flight benefits! Great destinations, great pay

    Cons

    lay offs during first few years and sometimes being on reserve is a hassle

    they treat their employees well enough, good per diems , best destionatioms, good layovers

    Cons

    unstable, layoffs, living close to the airport. might need to share rooms

    too little personnel taking care if so many people.

    multitasking so never boring
    can chose own career path to grow professionally
    learn the ropes while working

    Stressful work due to meeting deadlines all the time
    Work overload
    Constantly changing parameters due to new info daily

    the best part to work with an airline is that you can have lots of travel benefit that does not cost you too much

    Cons

    the bad part to work with an airline is that airline industry is a sunset industry, the salary is not that good

    this is the service industry, the employee is the window of the company to customers, treat your employee well, then they will take care of the customers.
