I have been working at Air Transat

    Pros

the best part to work with an airline is that you can have lots of travel benefit that does not cost you too much

    Cons

the bad part to work with an airline is that airline industry is a sunset industry, the salary is not that good

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

this is the service industry, the employee is the window of the company to customers, treat your employee well, then they will take care of the customers.
