Pros
Airwatch is a fantastic company for people fresh out of college looking to add experience to their resume. The many hats you wear will assure you a fantastic spectrum of qualifications you can add. The dress is very relaxed and management is never on your back if you are doing your job.
Cons
Unfortunately, they are a small-mid size company with A LOT of growing pains. Communication from upper management to employees is practically non-existent. Most public information has to be discovered through the Atlanta Business Chronicle. They will also pinch as much "salary" out of you as possible. Meaning, be prepared to put in 50-70 hours a week without any added compensation.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should really focus on building internal career paths. They tell you essentially - you can become part of any team as long as you do well and show a continued interest, however, there are several 4-6 year veterans whose "promotion" from the inside is viewed nothing more than "lateral" from the outside. Also - Airwatch employees should now information that will be made public BEFORE it's published in newspapers or online.

AirWatch is growing and it is a great time to be a part of the company and have the chance to be a factor in the company's success and growth. My work directly impacts the business and it's a great feeling of accomplishment to have a job with a purpose
Our CEO and other members of upper management value their employees and work hard to create a relaxed, flexible culture
Cons
There is not a lot of rigid structure at AirWatch, which can be good at times for getting things pushed out, but it can also be challenging if you like to have structure and aren't a flexible person with the ability to quickly react and adjust
Pros
It allows for a lot of networking and is constantly challenging.
Cons
They need to have a janitor.
Pros

The Atlanta location make it a prime location if you are a Student in the area. The environment is relaxed and the technicians are easy to work work with. The pay for this kind of entry level position is within reasonable expectation.
Cons
The company is growing fast and sometimes neglect small things for the employees. The support group is pretty much the grunt of the company and they are expected to maintain the office and perform duties like taking out the trash and mopping the floors.
