In Oklahoma, we have company vans ( trucks) That we take home every night, company paid cell phones and our crew is awesome, fun, hard working and know what team work means.

If you aren't an 'attention to detail' sort of person or one who takes pride in your work you wouldn't be happy here.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat your employees with respect! Pay what they deserve. Give your employees a company vehicle. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. The salesmen make the job seem like you could make a living doing this... you can't. Quit making promises you can't keep. Have equipment that works. If you say your religious believe in your Christianity and don't be a group of liars. I will never recommend this company to anybody!
