    I have been working at Airgas for more than 5 years


    Co-workers. Colleagues. Fellow personnel. Drivers


    Poorly managed. Broken dated equipment, will fire employees at the drop of a hat. No job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay the drivers what they deserve. Pay class A drivers more than class B, otherwise where is the incentive to drive a vehicle requiring more skill, and more responsibility. Don't over load the driver with work. Especially new drivers and expect them to be safe.
    Management should be held accountable not just drivers. Don't call employees when they've worked a 60 hour week at 11:30 at night because a place they deliver to is having a problem. Completely unrelated to the driver.
