    Pros

The opportunity was to change the airline industry. There were many good ideas and in its heyday, incredible talent.

    Cons

This company went under due to incompetence.

    Advice to Management

If you don't know something, you should defer to the experts you hired to advise you.

    Pros

The software concept was truly great.

    Cons

Long hours, extremely bad stock plan, no retirement benefits, very little employee recognition (except from on-site management). Upper level management and ownership constant fighting amongst themselves and spending company money frivolously.

    Advice to Management

The C-level management needs to get out of the computer/software industry, at the least.

    Pros

office is in a good location.

    Cons

the CEO is a self centered ego maniac who treats everyone in his employ like dirt. avoid working here at all cost it will only make you miserable. he has even sued and tried to sue former employees for being honest about his treatment of others. work life balance is non existent. you are on call 24\7. on vacation in Europe? expect many phone calls demanding that you perform some menial task. 3 am? expect an angry phone call because he can call you. its unfortunate because the product is excellent and will certainly revolutionize the airline industry and other transportation related industries. its a very small company with very high turnover. be warned, this will be a short term position.

    Advice to Management

great product but Steve should get some therapy.

    Pros

Amazing technology -- and at one time, great people (hired mostly from Microsoft).

    Cons

Great people left long ago -- all that remains is management whose incompetence and hubris is beyond compare.

    Advice to Management

Find something else to do in life -- technology is not something you know anything about.
