I have been working at Ajilon Consulting

    Pros

The process was very fast and I was very surprised that these recruiters could contact me within a day.

    Cons

Obviously once you upload your resume, the recruiters will help you to finish the rest. But they don't get enough information of you and if you need to relocate, they can't really help.

    Pros

The people are nice. I like my consultant.

    Cons

I've been working with them for over a year and every time I apply for a job they tell me it's been filled. I've had one interview in the time I've been with them, and it was unsuccessful. If I call, I'm brushed off and told that I will be contacted when a position becomes available. Apparently there are plenty of jobs out there that are being posted, but nothing available for me.

    Advice to Management

Don't post a job after it's been filled.

More autonomy than Robert Half, and good upper management.

    Cons

Too much territorial infighting within the different Ajilon/Adecco teams.

    Pros

Base taxable salary and cash salary is a great way to take home big salary chunk every month. You can negotiate of upto 60/40 base/cash. Isn't it great?

    Cons

Ajilon is basically a body shopping company, so your work depends on what contracts they get from the client.

    Advice to Management

Try to move away from body shopping to technology company.

    Pros

Mature consulting firm with experienced management, sales and support team. Good regional marketing in various verticals. Consultant benefits package and salary is commensurate.

    Cons

As with most consulting firms, 'end of assignment' frequently leads to 'end of employment' due to lack of planning or ready assignments.
