Pros
The company was very accommodating as well as pleasant to work for. The benefits packages were better than most other consulting companies.
Cons
The fact that you are working at client sites it makes you feel some what disconnected from the actual company.
Advice to Senior Management
There used to be picnics and christmas parties that would help bring the employees from the different sites together but that has stopped, you should consider doing something to bring all the employees in the same area together
Pros
Real, established technology solutions service offerings. Intelligent Subject Matter Experts / Project Managers. Strong vision / leadership with sincere interest in driving specialty enterprise forward.
Cons
Long considered an East-Coast centric organization, the company continued to resist investment in talent and dependable technology in the Western Region. The tools, infrastructure and support (or lack of same) created true restrictions to Representatives' ability to stay competitive in a high-speed market. In typical Adecco fashion, more time was wasted on internal analysis of operational problems than provision of readily available solutions. It was tragic to see yet another qualifed organization dissipate due to weak Corporate Management decision / indecision, when it had SO much to offer...
Pros
Good package. Requires work on client site
Cons
Benefits not good. Growth is limited
