    Pros

    Compensation is above market rate.
Ability to work from home is always there
Office Culture is definitely one of everyone helping each other to make sure success is team driven.

    Cons

None that I can think of.
Leadership is solid and promotions for employees who take initiative too.
Training is good but could probably do with some of the online stuff being updated as it hasn't had one in about 3 years.

    Advice to Management

Do what you are doing but make sure with the expansion of the business you maintain that feel of heart felt passion for the company and its employees!
