    They are strict in terms of work start and end times. So flex-time is not an option.

    Promote people that are actually capable of doing the job, not just somebody's buddy. It would be nice if the group leaders and team leaders could actually use proper grammer and spelling.

    Pros

    The overtime is great. And the medical benefits are out of this world cheep. They also have a great plan with the local fitness center.

    Cons

    There isn't alot of free time. In the first year but over time you are able to build days off.

    They need to work alittle closer together on production. And assembly needs to run only projected numbers. Would help save on waste and overtime spent.
