You will learn a lot technically. Better than unemployment.

Cons

Expect to work very long hours. 12 hour days, plus Saturdays are the norm. Expect to be yelled at and publically insulted for the slighest mistake or oversight. Pay is quite low compared to other competitors in the area. The President/CEO/owner micro-manages every aspect of Akon, from the cut of your hair, your clothing, the way you organize your desk, every step of the process of the performance of your job. It is his way or highway. Expect to be monitored and closely watched all day, there are video survellience cameras everywhere, and the CEO reads all emails going into/out of the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop the screaming, yelling and insulting of the employees. Reduce the work week from 70+ hours to 40 to 50. Stop the practice of design by committee. Most employers use carrot/stick to motivate. You use stick/stick. Do not be surprised that employees do not show enthusiasm for their jobs when they are brow-beaten all day long.
