Pros

Good work/ life balance and for the most part very friendly work enviroment. Commercial banking unit is considered to be top tier among Kuwaiti banks.

Cons

Personal relationships seem to be more important than professional credentials. Upper management has a long range of experience within the Kuwaiti- Gulf region banking sector although a minority seem to be ignorant about banking and thus reflect badly on the management as a whole.
