Good work environment. Great management team especially the CEO. Good compensation when compared to the market.

Career development and career path unclear
Advice to Senior Management
They should pay more attention to the staff and their need. Some are working under shadows for very late hours with being recognized. Management need also to develop a clear career path for their staff.
