    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Our company would grow a bit more if they encourage proper mixing of nationalities in the management staff. In other words, people from different nationalities should be selected to fill up the management offices. Different nationalities were endowed differently in term of IQ, INNOVATIVENESS, CREATIVITY AND ENERGY.

I have been working at Al Jaber

    Pros

It is almost the biggest local company in the contracting field and it it has many subsidies which cover most of the sub disciplines.

    Cons

Some of the subsidies are not competing in the market and banking only in doing s/c jobs to the mother companies in a high rates, which may lead to losing some job opportunities by the mother company.
