    Pros

    Good benefits (kids schooling, low rate loans) if you are a hard worker you will shine fast.

    Cons

    The bank is very centralized and the management micro-manage which makes it difficult to impact change when having little authority

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide more authority to the senior managers and better salaries to the lower end of the pyramid

    Pros

    You don't have to do anything.
    You can just ignore clients.
    You don`t have to respond to e-mail, just delete them.

    Cons

    You have to go to work.

    GET to WORK !!!

    Biggest Islamic Bank in the world.
    Encourages cultural diversity

    Cons

    Branded a facilitator of laundered money for terrorism, though no formal charges.
    Systems need upgrade to meet the state of the art.
    Credit culture yet to be well embedded.

    Adopt a more proactive credit culture and employ across the world based on sound qualification and experience.

    Pros

    largest islamic bank in the world and the biggest in saudi arabia and very freindly environment easy access to the management

    Cons

    frustration and unrecoginition dificult to get the information and glorifying idiots besides problem of dealing with incompetent management and lack of proper training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    be realistic and recoginze your employee efforts.retaining your employees is cheaper than hiring a replacement. KPI should measure individual performance and compensate him based on that
