    This is an HBCU with a huge legacy and heritage.

    Cons

    Anytime an administration changes it takes time and painful changes to bring about the new direction.

    The administration needs to realize the greatness that exist at the University that can be useful and helpful to continue the forward progress to greatness.

    Pros

    Easy job to have, allows you to study for other subjects if you have no clients. Allows student to work around their class schedule.

    Cons

    The boss is difficult and doesn't care about the well being about the tutors. Has useless training every week and you will gain nothing from the training

    Pros

    Independence in Research, even if the office on grants and contracts is very slow in processing PAFs and requisitions.

    Cons

    President got his job from his connection, in fact he has never been in a research institution. Has said many time time that he could not care less about research

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stop hiring vices presidents and actually hire faculties who are dearly in need. also stop saying that you want to take back "your" university because many immigrant have worked so hard and suddenly they find themselves and endangered species only because they where not like you and you friends born here.
