Co-workers were decent and hardworking.

Horrible, abusive supervisors without leadership training
Advice to Senior Management
Make changes to your supervisory team. Keep them under closer watch to be sure they aren't breaking the law.

Quick turn around for getting paychecks
Inventory shipped to your door when you need it
Work from home type of enviroment

No communication between managers
Operation managers get paid by performance of installers, so if job doesn't go in and its not your fault the operation manager for your territory gets mad at you.
Very hard to get ahold of anybody higher than your operation manager if you have a problem
Advice to Senior Management
Treat people like people and not dollar signs
When operation managers have more than one state to cover you might want to think about having a manager in each state so its easier for everybody
Pros
The other employees were really good people, with wonderful attitudes, great work ethic and very helpful.
Cons
Management was a joke. The 2 managers of the call center itself were awful people in general, not just in the work place but in life period.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat employees with respect, it's not difficult. Just treat people how you would want to be treated from day to day. Simple.
