Stable and growing company. Pay with commission is decent. No outbound cold calling. Most of the people calling in have at least some interest in purchasing the service. The product compares well with its competition - it is good value. All you have to do is educate the customer on the service and book the install date while they are on the phone. They look for employees who are looking for stability and are thorough and detail oriented in their work.

Cons

Repetitive and boring working from a script with every call. Most of the shifts are night shifts 12-8 and 2-10, which can impinge on your lifestyle.
