    Pros

The people, the food and the work experience. Everyone seems to care about their job which should only motivate you to try your best.

    Cons

There aren't any cons really. If you like what you do, you'll make it through the small things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Poor academic environment, terrible location and bad administration overall.

    Pros

I am not sure there are any pros to working here. The dean has been mass-firing PIs, the remaining faculty live in fear and under tremendous amounts of stress. No funds for absolutely anything.

    Cons

The Bronx is bad in itself. Not having any improvements in campus over the past 20 years doesn't make it any better. Afministration sucks, and they currently don't have any money, so activities are truly minimal. Don't come to Einstein!

    Pros

Sponsor eb1b if you have stayed here for 3 years and have a nice boss with a lot of fundings.

    Cons

No funding everywhere. some PIs do not treat their postdoc as human.

    Pros

time off is way above norm, 20 vacation days and 7 personal days. however this policy dampers office productivity often.

    Cons

admin leadership is absent, past practices run rampant, culture and the Bronx are depressing. pay is way below average.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

purge the dead weight employees who collect massive salaries and let young potential leading employees develop the future business.

    Pros

This was great atmosphere to be in. The staff were very friendly, and helpful when I first started. Everyone is very laid back and comfortable to be around. There was always lots of coming in, but still had time so show the employees appreciation every once in a while.

    Cons

I was temp from an agency upstate New York, so I did not get to stay very long.
