Pros
Technology is good, people around you are very talented , hardworking , work life balance.
Cons
Pay is low, top management need to trained well as some times they speak nonsense about the product which makes no sense to speak , as it degrades employees confidence in them.
Advice to Senior Management
With no hikes people will start leaving, please take of this with no hikes all the top talent will leave which effects the company product deliverable s.

Relaxed hours. Lots of vacation time.

Little room for mobility due to significant cost pressure the company is facing. Low morale.

I believe the management team is doing a good job in trying to turn things around. Additionally, they confront many of the issues honestly which is refreshing.

Hire inexperienced managers and promote based on the French Connec tion. Managers have no clue of the technical abilities they are managing and don't respect the customer relationship.

Hire from within only experienced field p[roven leaders, with the ability to lead. Start to truly year after year refocus on the customer relationship.

Insure the policies & strategies are uplied by mid-management.
You have a solid incentives system & all managers follow it but at the end of the year employees get disappointed since they receive nothing because of the week overall yearly profits. So incentives should be split into individual, team & firm levels.
