provide a financial incentive for disparate sales teams to work together. Some teams are very guarded with their accounts (and rightfully so) but I financial incentive may break down the walls.

The way the Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria Office is being run is very discouraging to employees. A lot of employees have been frustrated out of the company due to improper management on some levels.

Sometimes hard to know who to get in touch with - (need to manage personal network closely)

Focus on dynamic, expedient decision making for smaller items, and don't change priorities soon after starting long-term projects as this leads to waste when projects are frozen or scrapped.

Age of Company, Size of company, depth and breadt of product portfolio, research and development budget, Bell-Labs, the LTE Carrier Segment, Optical solutions, and products to support large enterprises that want to own their own networks

Get more involved, every division should be working in unison for the benefit of the company as a whole, not solely to the benefit of their individual divisisions. Tighter product integration between business units. Develop a stronger distribution and partner channel.
