Not too much to say. Really good engineers. Unfortunatelly they are living because company piss them off.

Cons

Management focus on the virtual excel tables instead of the real situation. They don't listen to regular engineers and team leaders. Nobody from the management takes care of the real costs. They have their own statistics based on incorrect data. They don't look into the future. Company get rid of the good engineers saying that nobody is irreplaceable !

Advice to Senior Management

Start thinking and listening to regular engineers ! Not only looking at the stupid excel tables !
