    Work in Alcatel-Lucent if you want a quiet work and you don't want to be part of decisions (just work and being paid).
    In France, managers and engineers are about 50 years old, which means real opportunities for your careers if you are young and dynamic in the next 10 years.

    Cons

    Management in Alcatel-Lucent is terrible. As an intern, no one gave me any advice or directive about my work.
    Many managers and executives have no technical skills, and most of them don't want to learn. This lack make them unefficient.

    Alcatel-Lucent should review the global organisation of teams, communication and project management. This is not about details, this is a global problem. Following "Agile" methodology without speaking with the clients is a really bad idea...

    L'élévation continuelle du chiffre d'affaire de l'administration entraîne la remise à zéro des objectifs et la perte d'élan.
