Pros
Good Pay for what you have to do. Benefits package is comparable to other large companies. Raises on regular intervals
Cons
Say goodbye to home life. Management are people who could not do the field work. No job security. No social life.
Advice to Senior Management
Take care of the people who actually do the work. Stop travel when it isn't needed. Retire the old guys.
