International company, Good Salary, 1.5 week paid vacation, various benifits.
It's a good place to work, and you will also have some chances there.Cons
Promotions is very difficult, even you work very well. I know some people who works there about 8 years, but still not get the promotions.
Advice to Senior Management
I don't know how to say, but ALU should do some enhancement on their process to make employee work more efficiently.
