Price up to the market

Pros

- Young, diverse, talented and international consultants
- Fun in the office
- exposure to senior clients, from day one
- wide variety of assignments
- good learning opportunity to learn about sectors

Cons

- Managers have no management training, most consultants work isolated with little constructive input from their manager.
 - Managers are overworked and leave stuff for the last minute, meaning consultants work extra hours because of the management's lack of anticipation
 - Business Unit Managers' pets get promoted.
 - High turnover means everyone is junior, and there is no one to learn from.

Advice to Senior Management

Promote relevance and diversity instead of the capacity to build slides and presentations
