“Adequate”
Current Employee – been working at Alcoa
Pros – Good work life balance, good benefits, great place to learn and move on with the experience. Its like a training ground for engineers.
Cons – Management is very one sided while using intimidation as the main driver for results. Not a good place to work if low stress is what your looking for.
Advice to Senior Management – Open up. Take employees' advice and listen to the voiceof the people. Hire based on experience, work ethic, and knowledge.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
