Pros
The people are incredible, and I have built a network of friends, mentors and coworkers that make even the roughest days a pleasure. If you do your job well and show dedication, you will be recognized and given the opportunity to take on levels of responsibility unheard of elsewhere.
had some rough times, but it's getting better to work there every day
Cons
very loose process, very understaffed, lack of communication and mentorship, they do not push employees to perform the best possible work-- excellence is rewarded, but mediocrity or poor performance gets noticed but not rectified/addressed
Advice to Senior Management
really get to know your employees and their capabilities, ambitions and achievements. Then, promote fairly and equally.
Pros
A company to work if you don't have a job or need to learn. I highly recommanding people with skills not to work there. It's wasting time and stress!
Cons
Upper management will treat you like a kid! No respect whatsoever! IT department will give you old computer equipment unless you work there for long time then you will get a new equipment. Over work and under pay period!!!!
