    Pros

They pay and offer health insurance.

    Cons

No chance to climb up corporate ladder. They lie and say they will allow transfers but then make you compete with people applying from the outside that have never done anything for the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being afraid of people with intelligent opinions on how the business is run. Stop hiring middle management with little to zero experience.

    Pros

They have good in the building... They paid me what I asked for (not a penny more)

    Cons

The benefits package is ridiculous. The management is just s bunch of bullies pushing only for the bottom line. High turn over. Low morale. Have illegally fired 3 pregnant woman (that I personally know of). Just not a good place to work.

A foreclosure mill where employees are expendable automatons.

    I worked at Aldridge Connors

    Pros

I worked with some good people. There are a few good people at any company. Unfortunately, most of the best were fired for no good reason.

    Cons

Bad overall management, unmanageable workload, no opportunity for advancement, terrible communication, zero feedback from management, below-average pay, sudden terminations, uncaring HR department, bonuses and raises never materialized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to treat employees better or shut your doors - it will eventually happen anyway.

I worked at Aldridge Connors full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It is better than having no job at all, so while working at this firm, I would continue looking for another job. Working there beats not having a job at all.

    Cons

You are micromanaged; there are too many supervisors and managers; if you make a minor mistake you are written up and if you complain to Human Resources that it was not fair, you will get fired; people are constantly fired at this firm; it has a constant revolving door

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees fairly; also stop lying to employees by saying that there will be raises and then when the time comes to pay the raises, stop lying and saying that the firm does not have the money when attorneys got raises, but staff did not

    Pros

This hell hole has no pros. Aldridge Connors is definitely not a real or recommended law firm to seek employment. The georgia operations entire management staff are dumb and hateful individuals who only care about flexing authority.

    Cons

Management from top to bottom is terrible. Ownership places old buddies in positions that others are better suited for. Must be arrogant and a suck up for promotion.
