Completely turned around from prior reviews I read

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Denver, CO

ProsFocus on customers growing. Very stable employment. Benefits good. Adding more customers all the time due to efforts of all.

Conssticking with planned schedules not always working so get moved around from job to job before completely finishing. Seems to add cost to work

Advice to Senior Managementget some sales people with experience

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Lack of Operations--Too many Vice Presidents--

    Technician (Former Employee)
    Denver, CO

ProsYou learn how to deal with depression and stress

ConsOperations chooses to send technicians from out of town when there are more qualified ones locally. They don't reward or compliment the sales staff who have been there for years. Their company trucks are junk and unsafe.

Advice to Senior ManagementSomeday you will realize your loyal employees should have been rewarded and paid what they were promised

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

The less experience you have the higher your position is.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Denver, CO

ProsYou get to see how not to run a business. They will not insult you to face. You get vacation pay.

ConsYou can do everything right and get blamed for what management does wrong. The customers get to call you a liar and a cheat.

Advice to Senior ManagementFace the facts, you need to close the doors sooner than later. Save your money, word is out on the street.

    Terrible position

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    Denver, CO

ProsThe training is great. You learn so much about many different business services.

ConsAll about the pitch and deal. Don't care about customers. Commission structure is ridiculous. No prospecting software or marketing tools. "Base" salary is really a draw.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you really want to take this company to a high level, invest in sales reps with proper tools, recognition and financial compensation. Otherwise, just outsource your sales and move on.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
