Recognition if you are willing to work and your face fits
Opportunities are available for career development
Support from colleagues

No flexibility
Success depends on which Manager you report to
Blame culture
Support from Senior Management is not consistet
High turnover of staff
Little training
Poor communication
Advice to Senior Management
Since the company was bought in 2010, I understand the weaker areas have been improved and it is now better place to work with an improved senior management structure.
