Details
Pros
Working for an international company (Alfa Bank Russia) makes you part of a very competent investment banking team from which you can learn.
Cons
A much better first hand learning experience can be acquired when working directly at investment banking department of Alfa Bank in Moscow, rather than its subsidiary in Ukraine
Advice to Senior Management
Stronger leadership, greater independece from Moscow and stricter discipline will positively affect the amount of deals, profits, and in turn assist in the quest for greater independence.
