Pros

Interesting product, good work atmosphere. Career progression completely possible, little staff turnover generally.

Cons

Senior and middle management sometimes show complete lack of respect for those beneath them, especially factory workers.
Lack of communication with clients sometimes proved embarrassing. Management changed in 2006, it was a year of upheaval following this, with many senior managers leaving or being made to leave. We did not communicate this to clients, but of course they found out anyway, either from the competition or the people who were leaving.
The company is lost in the middle of nowhere so unless prepared to do a long commute, you have to live in the middle of nowhere.
