Pros
Outstanding environment that encourages innovation in and outside the classroom. Excellent faculty dedicated to their jobs. Everyone is focused on helping the students.
Cons
Budget restraints impede on progress in the classroom experience.
Advice to Senior Management
A tough job trying to balance the concerns of students, government and unionized faculty. The optics of management salaries increases that exceed the union sends the wrong message.
