I worked at All About Staffing as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

They put you to work pretty fast.

    Cons

The only downside I have is that if you try and go back to them after leaving them, they tend to leave you hanging.

I have been working at All About Staffing

    Pros

You have several hospitals so if you get canceled at one, you have a chance at another.

    Cons

They are working on sending you home as soon as you get there. And yes, like another reviewer mentioned, there is bullying from management. I feel like I'm working for communist! You can't do this and you can't do that, you looked at someone the wrong way, you had on the wrong colors, or your jacket was "fleece". You drive over 100 miles to get there and you are sent home 50% of the time 4 hours later! Not a reliable source of income. It's bad enough you have to use meditech, their computer program. You spend so much time charting, you CANNOT take proper care of your patient.
Skyline is the worst. You may go to 5 floors in 5 hours, and then they send you home! I don't except assignments at Skyline, only as a last resort. If you work for them, you need to have a second job elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat agency with respect and give them the decency of working the 12 hours you called them in for.

I have been working at All About Staffing full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The pay is ok as compared to other agencies.

    Cons

Their facilities are are terrible to work in. All About Staffing is owned by HCA which owns most hospitals in the USA. The HCA facilities are managed by managers who bully employees, threaten, intimidate and are hostile toward all employees. It is a classic divide of management and administration against rank and file employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All upper management should be fired immediately and replaced, not with mind indoctrinated managers but with leaders !

I have been working at All About Staffing part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    The pay rate is fair

    Cons

Whenever there is an issue with facility there isn't any support from the agency and then they restrict us from approaching the facility directly. I have a problem getting paid for a day worked two weeks ago and have left several voicemails that never get return, it as if I'm inviisible and don't assist unless I'm available to fill a shift. After 10 years with them I'm now prepared to seek another agency

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support your nurses better and return calls in a timely manner

I worked at All About Staffing

    Pros

There was job availability. Work was in close proximity to living. There were a couple of very good RN's that were staffing for the company.

    Cons

Embarrasing. Some people instead of solving problems created them. If they got upset with you on the phone they would hang up. During presentations one of the female managers could not even speak English properly and would use slang instead of proper English. She was very difficult to try and speak with. Most of the people really believed that they knew everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change some of your people from the top down. Some of your employees are impressed with themselves

I have been working at All About Staffing

    Pros

This company is growing all the time which gives me a good sense of job security. All managers I have worked for have been genuinely intersted in seeing me succeed and surpass their expectations.

    Cons

While verbal praise is plentiful, monetary is not. This is a multi billion dollar company that does not reward those employees that exceed expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel that management does a good job with following up with employees and make it easy for staff to approach regarding any subject, however with the cost of gas and housing rising all the time, it is hard for employees to be disgruntled when it comes to pay increases.
