Can get entry into the company, good salary and average benefits

Cons

No training, management do not think of its employees. Lot of internal issues. No communication between management and employees. Management expects everyone to work without using their brains

Pros

Easy to get on board. They would hire almost anybody. Nobody wants to stay with them.
They give some training but you are not allow to use it in the work process.

Cons

I am amazed that they are still in business. The company is full of incompetent and arrogant managers. I was a Production Supervisor who could not discipline certain employees just because they were relatives of the management. Worst company I ever worked for.
