    Pros

It's a great place that cares about their employees and work to improve their skills and knowledge!

    Cons

It's is hectic and sales aren't for everyone. It's you aren't a self motivated go getter, you aren't going to like it here.

    I worked at AllConnect.com

    Pros

There are no pros to working for this company

    Cons

    Awful managers
    Micro- managers
Unrealistic expectations for sales and time management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This place is horrible I'd rather work at mcDonalds. The moral is so low in this place the manager suck. I was pregnant and I needed to pee a lot and I had to ask permission to log out of the phone to pee and it was a big deal. The pay is terrible as well seriously get a job at whole foods they pay like $13 an hour and you don't feel like a modern day slave. Don't work here l!!!!

    Pros

some weeks you can make good money but just one off day of selling will tank your whole week. so the good weeks are hard to get consistent.

    Cons

horrible hours and expectations with forced overtime leads to most people quit in 6-12 months if they don't get fired first There is lots of favoritism to people with charms to get attention from the top people, but if you're not interested in being in the inner circle you will be ignored unless you make a mistake and then they put you on performance review.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at AllConnect.com full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Zero. Seriously, not one. Unless making 25k a year is good for you

    Cons

Place is a joke. The "supervisors" have absolutely no idea what they are doing. None of them even went to college. They are clowns who think they authority. If you have a college degree this job is not for you. The best sellers at the company make 50k a year. If sales are your thing, TQL is undoubtably the way to go. They start you off at 35k a year salary which is right from the get go higher then Allconnect. Top sales people in the company make close to a million a year with average income being 6 figures. They don't hire clowns like Allconnect tho. To sum Allconnect up- it's business model is a complete scam and there is no money to be made as an employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people with college degrees and pay them accordingly.

I worked at AllConnect.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great income for people with no college education.

    Cons

The problem with this place is the claim to have a work life balance but they don't. You never have a set schedule. As long as you're willing to put Allconnect before everything else you will be compensated. Work you to death. Boiler room mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start listening to your sales reps. 10 seconds between calls is not enough. Stop picking buddies and friends over more qualified people for higher position's. Get a better insurance plan than Cigna's. Cigna is terrible they never pay claims.

Current Employee - Customer Care Agent in Saint George, UT

I have been working at AllConnect.com full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Full benefits are great. Employer pays most of your medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Employees are very friendly and enjoyable to work with.

    Cons

Scheduling is flexible for some agents but not for others. Fairness is not available for employees but only for those who are favorite to management or are family members. Raises are difficult to meet due to constant demands to meet goals per call and work order processing. Culture and moral is not positive. HR needs open door policy and make supervisors accountable for unfairness and lack of training agents.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Supervisors need training to learn how to process order and know the inside job before they are able to give reviews or award agents without knowing what they are doing! Management needs to train supervisors to keep confidentiality and stop favoritism.

    Pros

The compensation and work-life balance here is ok. The supervisors try hard and are good motivators.

    Cons

The call center culture sketchy while the leadership of the company is somewhat non-existant once you get above Supervisor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would have been nice if you were honest about your offshoring.

I have been working at AllConnect.com full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

First understand the business is comprised of corporate and call center employees. I can only speak to the corporate employment model:
    - flexibility
    - leadership/management
    - team/employee cohesiveness
    - team/employee competence

    Cons

    - lack of upper level support, understanding or priority can make job difficult to perform
    - review process lacks value/meaning

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage employee growth and personal development. Ensure compensation is appropriate for duties performed. Help employees see value in their work - that they actually make a difference.
