    Pros

    good pay for recent graduates

    Cons

Slow moving. I got bored very quickly. They are moving the transmission headquarters to West Virginia

    Advice to Management

Moving transmission headquarters to West Virginia was not a good idea. People from the Pittsburgh region don't want to go to WV.
