    Pros

High and stable income (on senior positions). Recognisable brand name. Healthcare and other benefits. Interesting projects in large scale. Talented colleagues which pushes your knowledge. Good work/life balance with typically no overtime (about pace: 40 hrs/week).

    Cons

Low (but stable) income on junior positions. The current working environment is very loud which is highly distracting. The company is growing very rapidly and the management tries to keep up by rearranging teams and changing company processes. This leads to too many moving parts and unnecessary chaos at times.

  6. 3 talks with HR, Manager, HR Director. Many promisses - thats it.
