Pros
You can learn a few things and then move on to a real financial company that actually does real trading.
Cons
employees are kept in the dark about everything that goes on. even if you think you know what is going on, you are probably just a pawn the company uses to do its dirty work. the company makes a fortune but doesn't treat or pay employees well.
